About Captain Dare

DARE NAZOR was born in Split, coming from a traditional seafaring family with a long maritime tradition. He has over 10 years of experience as a captain. After graduating from maritime high school, he passed the certificate of captain of a yacht up to 500 GRT and immediately after that he became the captain of the family’s 24m cruise ship. At that moment at the age of 18, he was the youngest captain in Croatia.
After two years of sailing on this family ship, he started his own company and bought the sailing ship, gullet Altair which sailed under his command for 5 years. Guests loved him a lot and there are many of them who becomes regular every year on Altair.
Dare is now owner and captain of his new catamaran Falco, planning to bring the same energy and enthusiasm on this yacht as on the previous ones.
Dare is married and the proud father of two children. He is a true lover of the sea and ships and is fully committed to the captain’s calling, for which he has been preparing since childhood under the guidance of his grandfather and father, experienced sailors and captains.
