Beginning from your hotel in Dubrovnik, depart in the morning by private car and driver, crossing the border into Montenegro.

You will arrive in the old city of Kotor, a stunning UNESCO protected town located at the end of Boka Kotorska Bay, where your guide awaits. The Old town is charming, and a lovely place to walk and explore. Your private, local, English speaking guide will acquaint you with the history and culture of this beautiful, seaside town. Markings of the Venetian Republic are still visible even though they ruled the area from the 15th to the 18th century. The Old Town is surrounded by 4.5 kilometers of long city walls, built at various times between the 9th and 19th century. These offered protection from invading armies of Turks, Astro-Hungarians and Napoleon’s forces.

Enjoy Kotor at your leisure before departing to your next destination, Stari Mlini, a restaurant which was once a 16th century flour mill on the Ljuta River overlooking the Bay of Kotor. Enjoy lunch, a lite snack or a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery.

After crossing the border back to Croatia, your driver will show you to the gorgeous fishing village of Cavtat. This ancient village is a place where time seems to move more slowly. Take it in as you stroll the seaside promenade and enjoy the cafes and shops.
