Founded thirty years ago by the 19-time Condé Nast Traveler World Top Travel Specialist for Croatia, the company specializes in curating tailor-made, heart-filled journeys to Croatia and surrounding countries. As we grow, we seek a dynamic and dependable administrative assistant to join our team and support our President and Vice President, the senior luxury-travel designer featured on the prestigious Travel+Leisure list of top specialists.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across all areas of a destination specialist travel business—from client care and itinerary creation to supplier coordination and boutique marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email; introduce our services and assess travel potential.
  • Design and create tailor-made itineraries, calculate costs, and prepare quotes/invoices.
  • Provide timely and thoughtful follow-up with prospective and confirmed clients.
  • Prepare and update detailed client travel notes and progress reports.
  • Communicate with overseas partners to confirm bookings and secure travel services.
  • Execute payments via bank transfers to hotels and service providers.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including social media, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Contribute to and help execute creative marketing campaigns.
  • Support the team during virtual (and occasional in-person) industry events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate on unique projects and extraordinary client experiences.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Relevant degree or ongoing studies in tourism, hospitality, marketing, or public relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; Croatian and/or Italian a plus).
  • Proficient in Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and general Office tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Good mathematical and data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms is helpful.
  • Previous travel in Europe (especially Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, the general Adriatic region, and other surrounding countries) is a strong plus.
