Villa Palazzo Vimbula is one of the most delightful high-end luxury residences in the Dubrovnik area.
Located only six kilometers from the center of Dubrovnik and 22 kilometers from the airport, this delightful property was built to an exceptionally high standard. It stands proudly in the fjord-like valley of Rijeka Dubrovačka, in close vicinity of the source of the Ombla river. Rich in Mediterranean vegetation and clean waters, this area used to be an exclusive location for the summer residences of the Dubrovnik aristocrats at the time of the Republic of Dubrovnik. Villa boasts tastefully decorated 450 square meters, 280 of which represent a living area suitable for up to eight people. In the basement of the villa, there is a garage, with e-bikes, electric vehicles’ power supply and a van, all at your disposal. The spa and gym area with an adjoining toilette are on the same level.
The villa’s modern living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and toilette are located on the ground floor. There is also a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, with access to the garden through the French balcony. The ground floor also features an outdoor pool and a Mediterranean garden.
Two spacious double bedrooms with queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and balconies are situated on the first floor. All bedrooms are the same size, and there is a possibility of adding an extra bed for children in each of the rooms. The entire villa is air-conditioned and has a surround audio system.
For guests safety, the villa has been equipped with an alarm system and the surrounding area is covered by security cameras.
